Our client, a well-established independent agent is currently looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator who has experience in valuations to join their team based in Coventry as a Sales Valuer.  The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:  £25,000 basic  £40,000 OTE  Mileage paid Pension  Career progression opportunities  Sales Valuer requirements:  Previous valuation experience (minimum of 1 year)  Driven and hard-working  Someone who thrives in a busy working environment.  Strong communication skills,?both written and verbal  Ability to win business in a competitive market.  Believe in providing excellent customer service.  Working Hours of a Sales Valuer:  Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm  1 in 2 Saturdays 9am – 12pm  Key tasks of a Sales Valuer will include, but will not be limited to:  Closing for business and winning the instruction  Providing a valuation for sale purposes  Negotiating offers  Going out attending viewings.  Registering applicant…
