A great opportunity has arisen in Sheffield for a Sales Valuer to join our clients’ well-established company., The role as a Sales Valuer will involve the following key tasks:

• Attending Sales Valuations

• Selling company benefits

• Providing a realistic sale price

• Winning the instruction

• Closing for business

• Photographing and Measuring property

For the role of a Sales Valuer our clients are seeking:

• A highly driven individual

• A Strong track record in Estate Agency

• Ability to win business in a competitive market

The position will require an experienced individual in the property industry, with a strong background of winning and closing for business in a highly competitive market.

The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:

• Basic up to £22,000

• Guarantee for 1st few months

• OTE of £45,000 – £50,000

• Company car

• Incentive programme and rewards
