We're recruiting for a Junior Sales Negotiator to join a successful and well-established estate agency in Royal Tunbridge Wells. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estate agent looking to develop their sales career within a supportive and professional environment.
You'll be joining a fantastic team where you'll have the opportunity to build your local market knowledge, develop your sales skills and progress your career through ongoing mentoring and support.
The Role
As a Junior Sales Negotiator, you will:
- Register and qualify prospective buyers
- Match applicants to suitable properties and arrange viewings
- Conduct accompanied property viewings
- Proactively contact applicants regarding new property instructions
- Generate new valuation opportunities for the branch
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers and prospective clients
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Develop strong knowledge of the local property market
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the branch
Junior Sales Negotiator requirements:
- Previous estate agency experience
- Knowledge of the local property market
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive, proactive and can-do attitude
- Confident and professional approach when dealing with buyers and sellers
- Ambitious and motivated to develop a career within property sales

Working Hours
- Monday-Friday: 9.00am - 5.30pm
- Alternative Saturdays: 9.00am - 4.00pm
- Day off in lieu following Saturday working
