We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a respected and expanding property practice operating across both residential and commercial sectors. The Role
- Level 2 Surveys
- Level 3 Surveys (Our clients are happy to train if necessary)
- Red Book Valuations
- Bespoke Building Surveys
- Private and Panel work
- Liaising with the centralised hub regarding appointments
- Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure work is carried out to deadlines
Residential Surveyor Requirements
- Minimum AssocRICS qualified or higher
- Registered Valuer status essential
- Proven track record in residential surveying
- Strong attention to detail and report-writing accuracy
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage workload independently
- Full UK driving licence

- £45,000 - £60,000 basic salary
