Are you looking for more control over your diary and to join a forward-thinking, supportive environment? Our clients, a well-established surveying practice, are looking for a residential surveyor to join their team in a dynamic office, based in South West Hertfordshire.
Working hours:
- Full-time (Monday-Friday), can consider Part-time (min 3-day week)
- Flexible (Control of your own diary)
- Office-Based
Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor:
- Basic salary between £36,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience)
- Between 10-14% on personal net billings
- Option of commission-only salary, earning 36% on personal billings (MRICS)
- Car Allowance and Mileage
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays + 3 days over Christmas Period
- Contributions toward RICS costs (i.e. memberships, CPD courses and exams)
- Can progress to the director level, receiving further benefits
- Annual Salary Reviews
Residential Surveyor requirements:
- AssocRICS or higher
- UK driving license
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
The role of Residential Surveyor will consist of:
- Carrying out Level 2 reports (Essential)
- Conducting Level 3 Surveys (training can be provided for this)
- Some Valuations
