Due to increased business levels, our clients, a well-established Surveying practice, is looking to recruit a Residential Surveyor in the Reading area to join their team.

This is an opportunity that's not to be missed! 

Working Hours:

  • Full time
  • Remote / work-from-home basis 

Our client is offering a successful Residential Surveyor:

  • £45,000 – £55,000 Basic – dependent on experience
  • £60,000 – £75,000 OTE 
  • Bonuses
  • Car allowance
  • Fixed geographical area to work in
  • Admin and Operational support including booked appointments and compliance

As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:

  • Carrying out Residential Valuation Reports and Private home surveys – Level 1 and 2 Surveys
  • Produce accurate property reports using market leading iPad technology
  • Meeting personal income targets to maximise productivity and profit
  • Attend Regional meetings

Requirements for Residential Surveyor role:

  • Experience as a practising Surveyor
  • RICS Membership
  • VRS registered
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Technical expertise in Surveying
  • Ability to work in fast paced organisation
