Job Description

A superb opportunity has arisen in Gloucestershire for an experienced Surveyor to join our clients, an independent practice with an excellent reputation. Our clients are seeking a qualified Surveyor to carry out Level 2 and 3 Surveys, as well as some Redbook valuations.

Working hours:

  • Monday – Friday
  • Remote / Work From Home 

Our client is offering a successful Residential Surveyor:

  • Basic salary up to £40,000
  • Strong bonus structure paying circa £10,000 – £15,000 per annum
  • Car Allowance
  • Healthcare
  • On Target Earnings of £55,000 – £60,000 per annum

Residential Surveyor requirements:

  • Experienced and qualified
  • Minimum AssocRICS
  • VRS
  • Strong background in Building Pathology
