Are you an experienced Residential Surveyor looking to work on a consultancy basis? Our client, an independent surveying practice, is looking to expand its team in Oldham due to an increase in work with an experienced Residential Surveyor. This position is available on a Consultancy basis, offering a generous fee split of 60% on fees.
The role will primarily consist of Valuations and Level 2 surveys.
Working hours: Flexible working hours / days (a minimum of 3 days a week is required) Remote / work from home
Salary package on offer for the role of Residential Surveyor: 60/40% fee split OTE £45,000 - £70,000 Potential Career growth
