Due to increased business levels, our clients, a well-established Surveying practice, are looking to recruit a Residential Surveyor in the Coventry area to join their team. This is an opportunity to join an award-winning business, offering an excellent basic salary, bonuses, and car allowance.
Working Hours: Full time Remote / work-from-home basis
Our client is offering a successful Residential Surveyor:
- Basic salary ranging from £45,000 - £55,000 dependent on experience
- Bonuses
- Car allowance
- On Target Earnings of £60,000 - £75,000
- Fixed geographical area to work in
- Admin and Operational support including booked appointments and compliance

As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:
- Carrying out Residential Valuation Reports and Private home surveys – Level 1 and 2 Surveys
- Produce accurate property reports using market leading iPad technology
- Meeting personal income targets to maximise productivity and profit
- Attend Regional meetings
