Due to continued growth and increasing demand, our client is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Surveyor to join their expanding team covering the Canterbury area .
This is an excellent opportunity for an AssocRICS-qualified Surveyor looking to work with a forward-thinking company that offers genuine career progression, industry-leading report writing software, and support to develop into Level 3 Surveys.

As a Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out Level 2 Home Surveys
- Conducting Level 3 Building Surveys (full training available if required)
- Completing Red Book Valuations
- Producing high-quality reports using industry-leading software
- Delivering excellent customer service throughout the survey process
- AssocRICS qualification as a minimum
- Experience undertaking Level 2 Surveys
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, customer-focused approach
- Monday to Friday
- Full-time Remote / Home-Based
