Job Description

Due to increased business levels, our clients are looking for a Residential Surveyor to join their team in Leeds

Our clients are seeking a minimum AssocRICS qualification, with experience in Level 2 and Level 3 Surveys.  Our clients work on a quality over quantity basis, carrying out 1 – 2 surveys a day

What's on offer:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Basic salary of £50,000

Residential Surveyor requirements:

  • Minimum AssocRICS qualified
  • UK driving license 
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal 

The role of Residential Surveyor will consist of:

  • Carrying out Level 2 reports
  • Conducting Level 3 Surveys
