Our clients, a rapidly expanding protection advice firm based in Southend-on-Sea are seeking experienced Protection Advisers to join their growing team on an employed, hybrid, or remote basis. This opportunity offers advisers a supportive, lead-rich environment with significant earning potential. Advisers will focus on compliance and providing tailored solutions to convert leads into lasting client relationships. With ambitious growth plans and a well-established infrastructure, this position offers advisers the chance to enhance their earnings while concentrating on delivering exceptional advice. Package & Benefits: Basic Salary £27,000 – £30,000 Commission Structure Up to 25% OTE £90.000 + Performance-related bonuses linked to compliance, business mix, and personal targets.
