Job Description

An exciting opportunity for an Employed Protection Advisor to join their growing team has arisen with our clients. The role will be hybrid or full-time basis depending on location and experience.

Our clients are offering an employed opportunity, with the role consisting of offering business owners advice on Shareholders Protection, Key Person Cover, Debt protection, and Income and Life protection.  Our clients work with a range of lead providers and are directly authorized, therefore, they can offer whole of market advice.

We are seeking candidates with or without Business Protection experience, considering you are currently working in the sector as training can be provided.

Salary package on offer for the role of Protection Advisor:

  • Up to £30,000 Basic Salary (DOE)
  • OTE £90,000
  • Up to 25% commission
  • Other performance-related bonuses
  • All leads provided
  • Admin Support
  • Training

Working Hours

  • Hybrid working or Full-Time – depending on location and experience
  • Monday – Friday 9 am – 6 pm

Protection Advisor requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in offering protection Advice, or relevant industry experience.
  • RO5 or CeMAP qualifications
  • Strong relationship builder
  • Ability to offer advice and close for business. 
  • Proactive and driven mentality

Responsibilities included in the role of Protection Advisor:

  • Recommending Life and health insurance to business owners and Directors
  • Writing Protection Cases
  • Closing for business
