Property Manager

Our client a well-respected independent Estate Agency based in Cheshunt is currently seeking a Property Manager to join their close-knit team.

The successful Property Manager will be offered:

• Up to £32,000 basic salary depending on experience
• Incentives (Team Bonus/ Trips Abroad)

Property Manager requirements:

• Candidates must have previous experience in Property Management
• ARLA Desired or an appetite for continuous learning
• Exceptionally organised
• Works accurately and at a speed
• Able to work under pressure
• Must hold a full driver's license

Key responsibilities included in the role of a Property Manager:

• Managing a large portfolio of residential properties
• Delivering fantastic customer service at all times to Landlords and Tenants
• Ensuring maintenance issues are resolved promptly and the customer is updated
• Meeting KPI’s
• Completing property visits and conducting reports both for check-in and check-out.
• Ensuring the system is updated and all parties are kept fully informed
• Ensuring the property is complying with legislation
• Collecting rent from tenants
