We're recruiting for a Property Administrator to join a well-established estate agency in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous estate agency experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a long-term career within a growing and successful business.
The Role
As a Property Administrator, you will:
- Supporting the Sales Negotiators and Branch Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Processing sales progression paperwork and ensuring files remain compliant and up to date
- Managing and updating property listings across portals and CRM systems
- Preparing sales memorandums and supporting transaction progression
- Handling inbound calls and delivering excellent customer service
- Supporting general branch operations to help drive sales performance
Property Administrator Requirements
- Previous experience working within an estate agency (essential)
- Strong administrative experience within the property sector
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Good understanding of estate agency processes and procedures
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive, positive, and team-focused approach
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
