The RoleAs a Residential Surveyor, you will:
- Conduct residential property valuations in line with professional standards
- Carry out RICS Level 2 and Level 3 Surveys
- Inspect residential properties and identify defects, maintenance issues, and risks
- Produce accurate and detailed survey reports for clients
- Deliver professional advice and guidance to homeowners, buyers, and stakeholders
- Manage your own workload efficiently while maintaining high service standards
- Utilise modern surveying technology, including iPads and specialist applications
- Ensure compliance with RICS regulations and industry best practices
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and referrers
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Residential Surveyor
- VRS Registered
- Proven experience conducting residential valuations and Level 2 & 3 Surveys
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using iPads, surveying software, and digital applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage workloads independently
- Full UK driving licence
- £60,000 - £80,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE)
