Due to increased business levels and internal promotions, our clients based in the Oldham area, are seeking a Property Manager to join their team. The role will require someone with experience in Lettings / Property Management and has a driving licence.
Working hours:
- Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
- No Saturdays
- Alternate Sundays 10am-1pm
The successful Property Manager will be offered:
- Up to £28,000 basic

To be considered for the role of Property Manager you must have:
- Experience in industry
- Be highly organised and have a positive work ethic
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Organise and manage your time and workload
- Computer literate
- Strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Driving licence and own car
As a Property Manager, your role will involve:
- Carry out Property inspections
- Dealing with maintenance issues
- Liaising with tenants, Landlords and Contractors
- General admin duties
- Occasionally attending viewings
