Due to continued success and expansion, we’re currently looking to recruit a full-time Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team in the Norwich area.

This is a great role for someone who's a confident and driven person who's looking to start a career with clear progression opportunities and great earning potential!

The successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant will be offered:

  • Negotiable basic salary - depending on experience
  • Upto £35,000 OTE in your first year
  • Fantastic commission structure, uncapped earnings and bonuses (up to 30% commission!)

Working hours:

  • Monday to Thursday 8.45 am – 5.30pm
  • Fridays 8.45am – 5pm
  • No weekends or evenings!

Key tasks of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant include, but will not be limited to:

You will start working alongside one of our experienced Senior Recruiters, where you’ll then learn the ropes and process of a Recruitment Consultant. Some of the tasks will include, but will not be limited to;

  • Dealing with queries
  • Building relationships
  • Sourcing candidates; headhunting and varies other methods
  • Finding sales leads / Business development
  • External and internal advertising
  • Admin and social media
  • Answering incoming calls and taking messages
  • Preparing CVs to be sent to clients
  • Dealing solely with vacancies and candidates within one of our specialised sectors
