Are you an experienced Sales Negotiator who is looking to maximise your earning potential with an independent agency?
We're recruiting for a motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join a successful and growing independent estate agency in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys building relationships, generating new business and is driven by exceptional commission potential.
With minimal administration, you'll be able to focus on what you do best: selling property, generating valuations and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
The Role
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will:
- Register prospective buyers and match them with suitable properties
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
- Proactively generate new business opportunities
- Book market appraisals and valuation opportunities for the valuers
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with buyers and vendors
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the branch
Senior Sales Negotiator requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent or within a target-driven sales environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident and proactive telephone manner
- Driven, resilient and self-motivated attitude
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
- Genuine passion for property sales
- Commercially minded with a desire to maximise earning potential
What's on Offer?
- £23,000–£25,000 basic salary
- OTE of £50,000
- Bonus paid on every valuation booked
