Want to earn up to 30% commission and earn off the back of your hard work? We’re currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team to work with both UK and international clients. Based in Norwich and Dubai, GCB Recruitment works with award-winning and well-renowned clients across the UK and internationally for over 15 years! Growing our coverage whilst maintaining a close-knit and supportive team through our company values, where every individual is fully supported in both their personal and professional life.
The successful Recruitment Consultant will be offered:
- Negotiable basic salary - depending on experience
- £35,000 - £50,000+ OTE
- Fantastic commission structure, uncapped earnings and bonuses (up to 30% commission!)

- Annual holiday incentive abroad (past holidays have been to Spain, Dubai, New York, Berlin and Greece to name a few!)

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8.45 am – 5.30pm Early Friday finish. No weekends or evenings!
Recruitment Consultant requirements:
- Experience in recruitment, sales or customer service industries

Key tasks of a Recruitment Consultant include, but will not be limited to:
- Managing your own bank of clients, candidates and vacancies in a specific area and sector – meaning you’re not competing with your colleagues
- Dealing with queries
- Relationship building
- Negotiating fees and offers
- Business development
- Sourcing candidates; headhunting
- Understanding the needs of both candidates and clients
- Registering candidates
- Interviews – organising, arranging and gaining feedback
