The Role

As a Property Management Administrator, you will:

  • Manage enquiries from clients, tenants, and contractors, providing professional and efficient support
  • Coordinate property inspections, maintenance works, and contractor appointments
  • Maintain accurate property records, lease information, and compliance documentation
  • Assist with service charge administration, budgets, and expenditure reporting
  • Manage insurance renewals, utility contracts, and related property administration
  • Support Health & Safety compliance and AML requirements across the portfolio
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider commercial property management team

Property Management Administrator Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience (property sector experience advantageous but not essential)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Positive, proactive, and team-focused approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
