The Role
As a Mortgage Advisor, you will:
- Manage a high volume of mortgage applications from enquiry through to completion
- Conduct client appointments and provide tailored mortgage advice
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and introducers
- Guide customers through the mortgage process, delivering exceptional service throughout
- Refer clients to protection advisors to enhance overall customer outcomes
- Achieve monthly mortgage and business targets
- Stay up to date with mortgage products, regulations, and industry developments
Mortgage Advisor requirements:
- Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor with a proven track record
- CeMAP qualified
- Comfortable working with company-provided leads
- Experience managing 3–4 appointments per day
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to identify and refer protection opportunities
- Motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded
What’s on Offer?
- £30,000 basic salary
- £60,000 – £70,000 OTE
