Are you an experienced Senior Property Manager looking to step into a senior leadership role? Our client, a well-established and progressive estate agency, is seeking a Head of Property Management to oversee and drive their team across East Anglia. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least five years’ experience in property management, along with a strong working knowledge of current residential lettings legislation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional service, leading and developing high-performing teams, and maintaining full compliance across the portfolio. As Head of Property Management, your role will involve:
- Leading, managing, and developing the property management team across the region
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property portfolio to ensure high standards are maintained
- Driving team performance, setting KPIs, and ensuring targets are consistently achieved
- Ensuring full compliance with current residential lettings legislation and health & safety regulations
- Managing landlord and tenant relationships, resolving escalated issues professionally
- Monitoring budgets, controlling costs, and maximising portfolio profitability
- Reviewing processes and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery
- Working closely with senior leadership to support business growth and strategy
