We are representing a well-established, multi-disciplinary property practice working across both residential and commercial sectors, who are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Surveyor. This is a fantastic opportunity involving a wide range of complex commercial valuation instructions to agreed financial and operational targets. This will involve work across industrial, office, retail, and mixed-use.
Working hours: Full Time Remote / WFH role
The successful Senior Commercial Surveyor will be offered:
- Basic salary £65,000 - £70,000
- OTE £96,000 - £108,000
- 12.5% Commission on personal net billings
- Car Allowance
- 5 weeks holiday
- 4 well-being days
- RICS fees paid
- Ongoing CPD Rewards scheme
- Healthcare programme
