A fantastic opportunity has arisen in Norwich, working for our clients' highly regarded and successful Mortgage practice. Our clients are seeking a qualified Mortgage Advisor with a minimum of 2 years’ experience, mainly working on Residential and Buy-to-let Mortgages.
The role will be office-based working Monday to Friday with no weekends, with all leads provided and no cold calling!
The successful Mortgage Advisor will be offered:
- Basic Salary £30,000
- Strong Tiered Commission structure OTE £60,000 - £75,000
- 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
- Healthcare Referral programme offering additional income opportunities
Working hours: Full Time Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm with one day a week working 12.00pm – 8.00pm
Mortgage Advisor requirements:
- Driven individual with the desire to write Mortgage business
- Fully CeMAP qualified
- Buy to Let or Residential mortgage background preferred
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
