We’re currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team to work with both UK and international clients. Based in Norwich and Dubai, GCB Recruitment works with award-winning and well-renowned clients across the UK and internationally for over 15 years!
The successful Recruitment Consultant will be offered:
- Negotiable basic salary - depending on experience
- Fantastic commission structure, uncapped earnings and bonuses (up to 30% commission!)

Recruitment Consultant requirements:
- Experience in recruitment, sales or customer service industries
- Confident and personable phone manner
- Able to work alone but still a team player
