We're recruiting for a motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join a successful and growing independent estate agency in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys building relationships, generating new business and is driven by exceptional commission potential. With minimal administration, you'll be able to focus on what you do best: selling property, generating valuations and delivering an outstanding customer experience. As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will: Register prospective buyers and match them with suitable properties Arrange and conduct property viewings Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Senior Sales Negotiator requirements: Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent or within a target-driven sales environment Proven track record of achieving sales targets Confident and proactive telephone manner Strong relationship-building and customer service skills Genuine passion for property sales Commercially minded with a desire to maximise earning potential Bonus paid on every valuation booked ~ Minimal administration, allowing you to focus on sales ~ High-performing office with a strong reputation ~ Excellent long-term career progression opportunities Full-time position Monday - Friday, including alternate Saturdays If you're an ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator or Sales Negotiator looking to join a successful independent estate agency with excellent earning potential and genuine career progression, we'd love to hear from you.
