Due to expansion and increased business levels, our clients are looking for a Residential Surveyor to join their team in the East Midlands area on a Consultancy basis. Our clients provide PI insurance, admin support and are looking for a Surveyor that can carry out Level 1 and 2 Surveys. Leads are provided; however, our clients are also keen to speak to candidates who can self-generate leads.
Working hours: The role is available on a part-time basis working 2/3 days per week.
Remote working.
Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor:
- £40,000 - £50,000 OTE
- 60/40% split in favour of Surveyor
- Leads provided
Residential Surveyor requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Residential Surveyor
- Commercial experience is advantageous.
- Minimum AssocRICS qualified
- UK driving license
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
