We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a highly respected and successful surveying practice, operating within a fixed geographical area across the Isle of Wight. The Role
- Conduct residential valuation reports and private home surveys (Level 1 and Level 2)
- Produce accurate, professional survey reports using industry-leading technology
- Manage your workload efficiently within a fixed geographical area
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the survey process
- Meet personal income and productivity targets
- Attend and contribute to regional meetings and team initiatives
- Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing training and industry updates
- Ensure all work is completed in line with regulatory and compliance requirements
Residential Surveyor Requirements:
- Experience working as a Residential Surveyor
- AssocRICS qualification or higher preferred
- Strong knowledge of residential surveys and valuation reports
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage your own diary effectively
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced and professional environment
