We are excited to share an exciting opportunity in the Milton Keynes area to join a directly authorised, well-established and reputable mortgage practice as a Mortgage Manager.
As a Mortgage Manager, you will play a key leadership role within the business, managing a team of over 5 mortgage advisors while also providing expert mortgage advice, with a particular focus on New Build mortgages. This role is ideal for someone seeking the next step in their career in a supportive, values-led firm that prioritises integrity, professionalism, and personal growth.
The successful candidate should have New Build Mortgage experience and team management experience, along with a proven record of performance within the sector.
They are offering for the successful Mortgage Manager:
- Basic Salary: £45,000 (Dependent on experience)
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): £80,000+
- Commission on written business and team results.
- Hybrid working available through hitting targets
