Our client is a well-established Mortgage and Protection brokerage, providing exceptional service to clients across the Southeast. They are part of one of the UK’s biggest and most successful networks. Due to their expanding business and increased number of lead sources, they require an additional Mortgage and Protection Advisor in Dartford to maintain their high levels of service to both clients and the professionals they work with. My clients are open to both employed and self-employed advisers.
Salary/Package for this Mortgage and Protection Advisor:
- Basic £25,000 - £29,000
- OTE £65,000 - £80,000
- 15% - 30% Commission
- Self-employed option available
Duties included in the role of a Mortgage and Protection Advisor:
- Identify customers’ financial needs and advise them on the products that would best suit their requirements.
- Ensure clients understand the products and services offered and the process.
- Complete customer interviews by appointment and on-demand and make sales that meet customers’ needs.
- Look for opportunities to attract new customers and professionals.
- Prepare for future appointments, gathering appropriate information from colleagues to generate referrals.
- Deliver a professional and credible service and ensure your knowledge is up to date at all times.
- Work towards sales targets and always know how you are performing against these.
Requirements for the role of a Mortgage and Protection Advisor:
- CeMap or other industry-recognised qualification
- Experience as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser
- CAS
- Willingness to learn new skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate excellence in your field.
- Outstanding levels of customer service
- Full driving licence
