Are you an experienced Mortgage Adviser looking to work in a market-leading independent property business with great progression and earning potential?  We are currently looking for an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join our client’s flagship office in the Hornchurch area. The role is available on a self-employed or employed basis, offering an excellent basic salary/commission splits and uncapped earnings. Working hours: This role is office based working Monday – Friday with alternate Saturdays (Lieu day provided) The successful Mortgage Advisor will receive: Basic Salary ranging from £25,000 – £35,000 Basic Strong commission splits   OTE – £50,000 – £100,000 Car Allowance – £3,000 15% – 50% commission for employed roles, depending on banking’s  Full admin support with a case manager Mortgage Adviser job requirements: CeMap or Equivalent qualifications Experience in a mortgage adviser position Ideally CAS Status Able to build and forge strong relationships.
