We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a highly successful and growing chartered surveying practice covering the Cleveland area. The Role
- Carry out RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer Surveys
- Undertake Mortgage Valuations
- Deliver accurate, professional reports using industry-leading software
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Ensure surveys and valuations are completed to RICS standards and agreed timescales
- Manage your own diary and workload efficiently
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the survey process
Residential Surveyor Requirements
- AssocRICS qualified or above
- Minimum of two years' post-qualification surveying experience
- VRS registered
- Strong technical knowledge
