Experienced in commercial property and confident progressing transactions through to completion?
We're recruiting for a Sales Progressor to join a large and well-established organisation in the Blackburn area, due to continued expansion.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial property professional to take ownership of agreed transactions, working closely with solicitors, agents and other stakeholders to ensure deals progress smoothly through to successful completion.
The Role
As a Sales Progressor, you will:
- Manage agreed property transactions from Heads of Terms through to offer and completion
- Monitor and progress transactions to ensure key milestones and deadlines are met
- Liaise with solicitors, agents and other relevant stakeholders
- Identify and resolve issues that could delay transactions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date transaction information
- Provide regular updates to relevant parties throughout the process
- Ensure transactions progress efficiently through to completion
Sales Progressor requirements:
- Strong background in commercial property
- Proven experience progressing commercial property transactions
- Strong understanding of the transaction process from Heads of Terms through to completion
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and solution-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines effectively
- Professional working attitude
