Experienced in commercial property and confident negotiating and closing deals?
We're recruiting for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a large and well-established organisation in the Blackburn area, due to continued expansion.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial property professional to join a growing team, managing enquiries, conducting viewings and negotiating transactions through to successful completion.
The Role
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will:
- Manage incoming enquiries from prospective tenants and clients
- Conduct commercial property viewings
- Negotiate terms and secure new business
- Prospect for new opportunities and generate leads
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Progress transactions from initial enquiry through to completion
- Work proactively to achieve business and performance targets
Senior Lettings Negotiator requirements:
- Strong background in commercial property
- Proven experience in lettings and property negotiations
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
- Experience progressing transactions through to completion
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proactive, driven and commercially minded approach
- Professional working attitude
