We are looking for an experienced Maintenance or Multi-Trade Contractor to join our clients, a successful property management firm, in the Manchester area. They are looking for an individual to join their maintenance team working on both residential and student properties mainly dealing with basic plumbing and electrical work but will also be required to deal with general maintenance. The successful Maintenance Operative will be offered: £25,000 Basic Upto £2,000 in commission (£27,000 OTE) Out-of-hours pay if called out for an emergency during cover periods Pension Use of branded company van Mileage if using own van 20 days holiday – shut down over the Christmas and Easter periods To be considered for the Maintenance Operative role you must have: Experience in a multi-trade role Own tools Good knowledge of general maintenance UK driving licence Live locally or in close commutable distance to the area As a Maintenance Operative, your role will involve: Fault finding Mainly dealing with basic plumbing and electrics work (not 1st or 2nd fix) Decorating Carpentry Plastering Tiling General tidying and sorting of the properties Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.20am – 6.0…
