Are you an AssocRICS Residential Surveyor looking to join a fast-growing and well-established surveying practice? We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a successful and expanding firm covering the Stockport area. Due to continued growth and increased workload, the business is seeking an experienced surveying professional to support its residential valuation and surveying services.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated AssocRICS-qualified surveyor with Registered Valuer status to join a modern, forward-thinking practice offering strong earning potential, remote working, and clear career progression.
The Role
- Carry out residential valuations and survey work, including Level 2 Surveys
- Conduct Level 3 Surveys (with training provided where required)
- Complete Red Book valuations in line with professional standards
- Produce accurate, high-quality survey reports using leading industry software
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure timely delivery of work
- Manage your own workload efficiently and professionally
- Ensure compliance with all RICS standards and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Residential Surveyor Requirements
- Minimum AssocRICS qualification
- Registered Valuer status (essential)
- Proven experience within residential surveying
- Strong attention to detail and report-writing ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Full UK driving licence
