Are you an AssocRICS Residential Surveyor ready to join a well-established, multi-disciplinary property practice where quality, support and professionalism sit at the heart of the practice?

This Residential Surveyor position is for a well-established, multi-disciplinary property practice working across both residential and commercial sectors. Known for providing their Surveyors with the time, trust and support needed to deliver a high standard of service. Supported by experienced teams, workloads are managed sensibly, and there is a clear commitment to staff wellbeing, long-term retention and career development.

As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:

  • Carrying out a range of Valuation and Survey work, including:
    • Level 2 Surveys
    • Level 3 Surveys (training provided if necessary)
    • Red Book Valuations
    • Bespoke Building Surveys
    • Private and Panel work
  • Liaising with the centralised hub regarding appointments
  • Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure work is carried out on time.

To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role, you must have:

  • Minimum AssocRICS or higher
  • Proven track record in Surveying
  • Registered Valuer Status
  • UK Driving License
  • Strong attention to detail

Working hours: remote / WFH basis. Full or part-time hours are available.

Holiday allowance: 5 weeks plus 4 well-being days.

Salary package: £45,000 - £60,000 Basic, £60,000 - £90,000 OTE, 10% Commission on personal net billings, Car Allowance, RICS fees paid + ongoing CPD, Rewards scheme, Healthcare programme, Career progression.
