Our client, a large independent agent with a focus on providing exceptional customer service, is looking for an experienced Lettings Accounts Manager to join their successful team on either a part-time or full-time basis based near Waltham Abbey.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, full or part-time hours are negotiable.
Salary/Package: Salary between £20,000 - £33,000. A supportive and experienced team working under a well-established brand.
Responsibilities:
- Manage lettings enquiries.
- Assist other team members with sales and lettings compliance.
- Deal with enquiries and administrative requests.
- Assist Property Manager with referencing for new business.
- Chase backdated rent.
- Pay and liaise with contractors.
