An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious commercial property professional to take responsibility for an established commercial division within a successful and growing property business. With an existing small but growing commercial department, this is a hands-on role initially, with a significant long-term opportunity for the right person to build and lead a much larger commercial property division.
You will have three clear objectives:
- Manage the existing portfolio to an excellent standard
- Review the department and drive it towards sustainable profitability
- Actively grow the portfolio by winning new landlords and commercial management instructions
The Role
As a Commercial Property Manager, you will:
