We're recruiting for a New Homes Sales Consultant to join a fantastic property business in Leatherhead, offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced property professional who is passionate about sales, customer service and delivering results.

The Role
As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will:
- Contact prospective purchasers from an extensive buyer database
- Book and conduct viewings across exciting new homes developments
- Manage enquiries via phone, email and online channels
- Guide customers through every stage of their buying journey
- Work closely with mortgage advisors and estate agency colleagues
- Visit developments regularly to become an expert on each site and its properties
- Support development launches, open days and marketing events
- Deliver excellent customer service while maximising sales opportunities
New Homes Sales Consultant requirements:
- Previous property experience, either within new homes or estate agency
- A proven track record of achieving results
- A genuine passion for property and sales
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident, motivated and commercially focused
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to guide customers through the sales process
What's on Offer?
- £27,000 - £30,000 basic salary
- £40,000 - £45,000 OTE
- 33 days paid holiday

Working hours
- 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Week 1: 4 days, including Monday and Saturday
- Week 2: Monday to Friday
