The Role

  • Provide expert mortgage advice to clients purchasing second homes, holiday lets, and investment properties.
  • Prepare and submit mortgage applications from enquiry through to completion.
  • Manage incoming leads via telephone and email, delivering a professional and efficient service.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their individual financial requirements.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage process.
  • Maintain compliance with FCA regulations and keep up to date with mortgage products and market changes.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business targets and deliver outstanding client outcomes.

Mortgage Advisor Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year's experience as a Mortgage Advisor.
  • Full CeMAP qualification.
  • CAS status would be advantageous.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Personable and professional approach, with the ability to work with high-value clients.
  • Driven, enthusiastic, and customer-focused.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm.
  • Full-time position.
  • Hybrid working with 3–4 days per week working from home.
  • No weekend working.
