Our clients are seeking a Trainee Mortgage Advisor or experienced Mortgage Advisor with a minimum CeMAP 1 qualification or above, to work in a well-known Estate Agents in the Guildford area. The position will be based in the Guildford office, with leads provided from the Estate Agency team.
Working hours:
- Full Time
- Monday – Friday and alternate Saturdays (with lieu day provided)
What's on offer:
- Basic Salary £22,000 - £28,000
- Strong Commission structure OTE £45,000 - £55,000 year 1
- Year 2 onwards £60,000 + Car allowance

- Driven to achieve targets and have the ability to offer excellent customer service.
- Ability to deal with 1st appointments and subsequent signups.

- Liaising with Estate Agency staff to ensure effective referrals.
- Giving face-to-face advice to potential buyers in the branch.
