Due to continued growth, we're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a highly respected surveying organisation covering the Grantham area.

This is an excellent opportunity for both newly qualified SAVA Surveyors and experienced AssocRICS / MRICS professionals looking for a flexible role with dedicated administrative and operational support, pre-booked appointments and a fixed working area.

With the support in place, surveyors can focus on delivering high-quality reports while maintaining flexibility and control over their workload.

The Role

  • Carry out residential valuation reports and private home surveys
  • Conduct Level 1 and Level 2 Surveys across your designated geographical area
  • Produce accurate and professional survey reports using market-leading technology
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the surveying process
  • Manage your workload effectively to maximise productivity and service standards
  • Work towards achievable performance and income targets
  • Attend and contribute to regional meetings and team initiatives
  • Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing training and industry updates
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant professional and regulatory standards

Residential Surveyor requirements:

  • AssocRICS qualified or MRICS
  • Newly qualified SAVA Surveyors will also be considered
  • Experience conducting residential surveys and valuation reports preferred
  • Strong understanding of residential property and surveying principles
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
  • Ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and report-writing ability
  • Full UK driving licence
