The Role

As a Valuer, you will

  • Carry out residential property valuations and provide professional market advice
  • Win new instructions and generate new business opportunities
  • Value rental properties and secure new rental instructions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
  • Provide honest, professional and knowledgeable property advice
  • Work closely with the sales team to maximise business opportunities

Valuer requirements

  • Previous experience as a Valuer or Senior Sales Negotiator looking to step up
