We're recruiting for a Lister / Sales Valuer to join a highly regarded independent estate agency in Fakenham, specialising in quality homes across North Norfolk.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and personable property professional with a strong focus on valuations, business development and client relationships, looking to play a key role in the continued growth of an established local business.
The Role
As a Lister / Sales Valuer, you will:
- Carry out market appraisals and property valuations across Fakenham and the surrounding areas
- Win new instructions and generate business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with vendors and prospective clients
- Provide expert advice on pricing, marketing strategies and local market conditions
- Work closely with the sales team to maximise property exposure and secure successful sales
- Identify opportunities to grow market share and increase branch revenue
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey
- Represent the business professionally within the local community
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on valuation opportunities
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the business
Lister / Sales Valuer Requirements
- Proven experience within residential estate agency
- A strong track record in valuations, listing properties and winning instructions
- Good knowledge of the local property market, or the ability to develop this quickly
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- A confident, professional and personable approach
- Self-motivated, commercially minded and target-driven
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
