Experienced as a Valuer or Senior Sales Negotiator and ready to take the next step in your Estate Agency career?
We're recruiting for a Valuer to join an established independent Estate Agency in North Norfolk, offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to step into a valuation-focused position and develop their career further.
You don't need extensive valuation experience for this opportunity. What's most important is the right attitude, ambition and willingness to learn. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to take on more responsibility, develop their valuation skills and progress within a successful independent agency.
The Role
As a Valuer, you will:
- Carry out residential property valuations and provide professional market advice
- Win new instructions and generate new business opportunities
- Value rental properties and secure new rental instructions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
- Provide honest, professional and knowledgeable property advice
- Work closely with the sales team to maximise business opportunities
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Develop your valuation, negotiation and business-winning skills
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the branch
Valuer requirements:
- Previous experience as a Valuer or Senior Sales Negotiator looking to step up
- Ambitious with a genuine desire to develop your Estate Agency career
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded and confident in a sales environment
- Willingness to listen, learn and take advice
- Honest, professional and committed to delivering the right outcome for clients
- Strong integrity and work ethic
- Positive, driven and hungry to succeed
- Valuation experience is beneficial, but not essential
