You'll be responsible for developing client relationships, negotiating commercial transactions, and generating new business across the region.
The Role
- Conduct commercial property viewings with prospective occupiers and purchasers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their commercial property requirements
- Negotiate lease terms, acquisitions, disposals, and other commercial property transactions
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and proactive business development
- Prepare property particulars, marketing materials, and online listings
- Manage enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face meetings
