The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will:
- Conduct property viewings and match buyers with suitable properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and prospective clients
- Negotiate offers and manage sales through to successful completion
- Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to progress transactions
- Generate new business opportunities through valuations, referrals, and networking
- Work towards and exceed individual and branch sales targets
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey
Sales Negotiator Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months' experience within residential property sales
- Proven ability to achieve targets and successfully close deals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of the local property market
- Experience winning instructions (desirable but not essential)
- Customer-focused, proactive, and commercially minded approach
- Full UK driving licence
