Are you an experienced (Level 4 Diploma) Financial Advisor looking to join a well-established independent financial planning firm with strong client flow and full support? We're recruiting for a Financial Advisor to join a respected and independent financial planning business based in Cheshire. This is an excellent opportunity to manage an existing client bank while also building and developing your own relationships through leads provided by the business. This role would suit a qualified and client-focused financial professional who is confident delivering tailored advice, growing long-term client relationships, and working within a supportive, structured environment.
The Role
- Manage and service an existing client bank while developing new client relationships
- Build and grow your own portfolio using leads provided by the business
- Conduct detailed fact-finding and analyse client's financial information
- Prepare and present tailored financial recommendations
- Liaise with internal paraplanning and administrative teams to support client outcomes
- Research product providers and recommend suitable solutions
- Maintain and develop long-term client relationships
- Maximise opportunities to grow and retain the client bank
Financial Advisor Requirements:
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (minimum qualified advisor status)
- Previous experience in a Financial Advisor role servicing clients
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyse financial information and present clear recommendations
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Client-focused and commercially aware approach
